As our realtor, she was such a breath of fresh air in the midst of what can be a stressful process! She made it fun and made sure we understood all the nuances of each step along the way to buying our new home. I'm somewhat embarrassed to say how many questions we had, but she was available to us for all the answers! If she needed to, she dug in and researched for them, but she always got them to us promptly!
When we had a bit of a situation come up, she worked a miracle for us and we ended up with a free washer and dryer set! What kind of realtor does that? Betsey is so easy to work with that we sat and chatted as time slipped away during our home inspection.
